Construction,room didnt have enough towels,no ice bucket they said they were out

Convenient location off highway. Plenty of parking

Checked in, paid, and when we checked out we were not in their computer system. We were on the paper sheet. Still waiting for an email copy of our receipt, and to get points for our stay through Wyndham rewards. Odor in lobby like old after shave...many technical problems, TV, and wifi.

Very clean, good breakfast, very friendly and helpful at front desk. Went way beyond to help anyway he could.

I appreciated the clean and functional spaces throughout Quality Inn Osceola. The staff was attentive and the atmosphere was surprisingly cute for a budget-friendly hotel.

I forgot a necklace that was very important to me. I called soon after we left and was told they would send it to me. (That's not the good part). They didn't. But 3 weeks later on my return trip I stopped by just to see if they still had it. The girl at the counter (I wish I would have gotten her name) looked for it until she found it. I was so happy. I will stay there again just because of her.

Noise from trains. I work for the railroad and was on vacation.

I appreciated the room with 2 queen beds, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. A microwave, coffee & tea making machines and a fridge were provided. Location: the hotel was very close to a truck stop with semis driving right by the entrance...

The King Room, Non-Smoking offers solid amenities like a fridge and microwave. The AC system effectively keeps the room cool and quiet, perfect for a restful night after a long day of traveling.

Unfortunately, I encountered a wet carpet on the right side of the bed, forcing me to improvise with towels to avoid soggy socks. The bathroom floor had a sticky residue that didn't sit right with me. I could hear the sounds from a semi truck parking lot right outside my window, though I was too exhausted from my travels to be disrupted.

A wide array of food for the continental breakfast. Good location to Lakeside Casino.

We had an awesome stay! The room was clean and cozy, and we really loved the indoor pool and jacuzzi. Just a heads up, the carpet near the bed was a bit damp, but it didn't ruin our experience 😊

My stay was great! The breakfast was hot and filling, the pet-friendly atmosphere was perfect for my needs, and the room was exceptionally clean.

The staff was very attentive and friendly. The amenities like free Wi-Fi and the indoor pool were excellent. The cleanliness of the rooms stood out to me. It was a pleasant experience 😊

Excellent hotel with great amenities like free wi-fi, indoor pool, and 24-hour reception. The friendly staff even helped me with sim cards on my first stay. I highly recommend it. I'm coming back for a holiday!
